The Plan

The nature of Arsenal’s growth has resulted in an unfocussed portfolio of assets. In order to maximize future growth, it is time to refocus on core assets and dispose of non-core assets. Going forward the Company will establish and grow three to five core properties with good investment characteristics in areas where the Company has technical expertise. Arsenal is a dynamic organization that is determined to add true value. Future growth will be opportunity based depending on industry conditions and specific play characteristics.

Philosophy

Well run, professional exploration and development companies in North America have always been able to prosper, and in the future they will continue to excel. While uncontrollable factors like commodity prices, service costs, government intervention and the weather seriously affect short term profitability of exploration and production operations - all companies in the patch face these same challenges - history has shown that a talented and hardworking team will deliver excellent returns to shareholders over time.
