Currently he chairs the disclosure committee and is the chairman of the board. |

Bill PowersMr. Powers is an independent energy analyst and investor. Mr. Powers has been an Arsenal board member since 2008. Previously, he was founder of Powers Asset Management, LLC. Mr. Powers is currently Chairman of the Board of Petroglobe Inc., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Powers sits on Arsenal’s reserves committee and the audit committee. |

Tony van Winkoop - President and CEOTony van Winkoop has a B.Sc in geological engineering from the University of Saskatchewan with 25 years of multidisciplinary oil and gas experience. After 8 years with a major international company, Tony co-founded Venator Petroleum in 1988. As VP of exploration he helped build the company from no production to 1600 boe/d. He joined Prime West, when the company purchased Venator, in 2000. As General Manager of Development he built and oversaw Prime West’s development project inventory. Tony joined Arsenal in July, 2006. |

William HewsMr. Hews is President of Fideliter Inc, a private consulting and investment company with interests in Information Technology, Medical technology and Oil and Gas fields. He currently serves on one private company board in addition to Arsenal and has previously served on private and public (TSX and TSX-V) listed companies in various roles. Mr. Hews has been a board member of Arsenal since 2003 and currently chairs the audit committee and sits on the compensation committee. |

Harley KempthorneAn Independent businessman, Mr. Kempthorne is the Former VP of Engineering at Gentry Resources. He previously held senior positions within Petro-Canada and Imperial Oil. Mr. Kempthorne has extensive industry experience in reserve evaluations, reservoir development, acquisitions and divestments. He holds a Masters of Engineering degree and an MBA, and is a Professional Engineer of APEGGA. Mr. Kempthorne has been a board member since 2008 and currently chairs the reserve committee and sits on the disclosure committee.
